Payment Terms and Conditions

Ezekiel Family Services agree to provide the services agreed upon with the client in return for fees payable by client (or third party on behalf of client). The clients agree to pay fees for services based on terms and conditions listed below.

The start date of service is when the first coaching session takes place. Participation in the first coaching session constitutes acceptance of these payment terms and conditions.

Coaching sessions with EFS can be booked no more than two months in advance. Payment is required at the time of booking. The client must pay the fees to EFS PayPal account no later than 3 days before date of service.

Due to the nature of coaching the recommended term is 3-4 sessions to receive an actual demonstration of the coaching experience. The number of sessions is agreed upon with the client and EFS during the consultation meeting/call, before the start of coaching sessions. The length of a session is 1 hour.

Coaching sessions are offered by phone, face-to-face, and by Zoom (Free web conferencing application available on mobile phones and computers). The client is responsible for contacting EFS at agreed time for session. If a client does not arrive to session on-time, the time will be deducted from the 1 hour allotted for the session. Any additional time added to the session is charged at the hourly rate.

Notification for rescheduling or cancelling of an individual session must be given within 48 hours from the time of the scheduled session. Clients do not receive refunds for unused coaching sessions unless 48 hours’ notice was given.

Clients can cancel prepaid session packages with a written notification. Clients will receive refunds within 30 days of EFS receiving the notification, if cancellation terms do not violate any of the terms and conditions agreed upon with EFS and client.

Paid session(s) must be used within 6 months of scheduling them or sessions will be cancelled, and payment will not be refunded.

In unforeseen circumstances EFS may need to rearrange a coaching session; in these circumstances, EFS will provide a mutually agreed upon alternative to the client.

EFS can end services early or refuse to continue further coaching sessions. In such circumstance the client will be given reasonable notice of termination by EFS when possible and will be refunded any advance payments made for sessions not yet provided.
